For what it is worth.. my perception of this..

Holly Hunter.. nothing PERSONAL re that.. I just don’t like her in this.

The PREMIER where they strutted their stuff so to speak.. NO! not going to comment bar the one instance that I found which irked me..

Zoë Steiner NO gripe re her as an ACTRESS.. but that dress .. did nothing for her re complementing her ... MY OPINION..

The outfit she wore initially as a BETAZOID.. the white outfit et GREAT.. !
but the later RED.. skimpier one.. NOOOOO !

I do wish sometimes that so called WARDROBE would get it right.. stop trying to pander to the YOUNGER AUDIENCE... with that ridiculous outfit.. an no I am not a fan of her showing SKIN..

OVERALL

I got no gripe with the two episodes re CHARACTERS, STORY LINES (OK some were a little weak.. but ) I found some of the reviews, the harsh comments borderline trashing and I mean TRASHING it was unfair.

The toxicity, the BIAS, was more than apparent and that to me is UNFAIR..
Designed for a younger audience some of the older ones taking a swipe at this ?
The I am going  to find fault.. score clicks with my opinions.. BIASED ones.. nah.. that is insipid..

The problem arises from comparing and I mean making comparisons BIASED ones based on former STAR TREK.. STAR FLEET.. ACADEMY.

I can understand some of the younger ones telling them to ‘get a life’.. get out of our playground..

For those who believe I don’t know what I am talking about.. do not understand the origins behind STAR TREK.. the STAR FLEET ACADEMY ? Really?

BUT I have only seen TWO episodes.. and before I commit to the slaughter of the whole nah not going there..
IT HAS POTENTIAL. some MERIT. Would I watch ep 1 and 2 again? YES an that says a lot.

Unlike the absolute rubbish re that lot who TRASHED Dr Who.. S1 and S2.. not forgetting the WBTLS..
with their HACK WRITING.. WEAK insipid and backed up by their CRONYISM, their NEPOTISM their NARCISSISM.. ?

I AM looking forward to seeing further episodes.. STAR FLEET ACADEMY..

Cadets in space.. well we have HALO and that had episodes with the kids the ones like the latter Master Chief?

BUT I have my KETS AKADEMY for the juniors.. and from the off it featured all races far more I think than this lot, with all of their angst. their adolescence, their differences, their indifferences..

NOW that does cater to the YOUNGER readers..

HOW this progresses will be interesting to see.. it HAS a lot of POTENTIAL.. lets see IF those writing this, producing it and ? Can deliver..
