BUT I guess some of you want to know what I thought for what it is worth re the
War between the land and sea.. and NO I am giving that lot NO reference as to WHO they are..
This is about the Series.. NOT about them.

Ep 1 Homo Aqua..
Overall I was surprised this delivered a decent show.. Loved Salt.. she was well played by the actress..
ACT RESS. I resent the term ACTORS applying to both MALE and FEMALE.. simply to meet the narrow minded agendas of woke, DEI minority.
The story OK was of course about POLLUTION, the ENVIRONMENT and how the OCEANS, the WATERWAYS have been so heavily polluted.. its primal inhabitants have had enough NOT before one of its kind is dredged up in a net.. what follows is typical Human(a) response..
TRUTH is there was a lot of TRUTH in that..
IT also highlighted the FACT.. as to who are mostly responsible for the lack of action taken to sort the trash because their pockets, their shareholders would suffer.. better to take the money, line their own pockets and leave the trash alone.. to include those creating it.. ?
BUT I am not going to expand on that.. SPOILERS no.. go watch ..
Suffice to say..it delivered. Some weak points, some not so good moments BUT overall a steady 7/10
UNIT.. give me a break.. they were terrible.. Supposedly there to protect us from and alien incursion.. can’t where (Solus 3) Earth is concerned.. ? Weak borderline feeble.. response. Characters. acting mundane.
Props, special effects, production GOOD.
Ep 2 Plastic Apocalypse..
Some clever interpretation here from Salt the Reptilian species.. in taking Toveys words as literal
Taking the pollution seriously.. Of course.. would do everything to resolve it.. of course..
Had to grin.. knew what was coming next..
Then we will help you.. with that all hell opens up in the hell above.. as the skies now rain down.. LITTER after LITTER on the populations below.. across the world..
DAMM I love that gal Salt.. some real IRONY there.. and oh lets not forget Toveys name.. with
DUPONT in the name.. definite IRONY there..
Overall I would and note I for what it is worth.. would give this 8/10
IT WAS good.. The bureaucracy, the arrogance and the passive aggression was all too clear.
Those who are superior to all others regardless of if they lie, cheat, deceive them is pretty obvious and I have to say DELIGHTFUL to watch as Salt puts em in their place being the far superior power.. that says it all..
Ep 3 The Deep - Ep 4 The Witch in the Waterfall.
The outcome was fairly predictable. Re those heading down to where the Ancient beings resided, well some of them. NOT all of them and quote unquote. We do not all think the same..
That to me was a poignant statement. Something I think in ep 5 will be relevant; VERY RELEVANT.
I am not going to go into detail. over the content of these episodes BUT I will for those who are currently unable to watch it..
YES one of them working for a terrorist organisation took down a bomb.. one that triggered a massive explosion. Killing some of the Ancient race YES.. Killing the team the Human(a) YES bar Barkley.. and Salt who rescues him.
What follows is tepid..
UNIT.. go judge for yourselves BUT they were terrible. WEAK, lacking any real credibility ..
A waste of a good experience,. would have been so good IF we had had a new vibrant tough female in the role or male but FEMALE with some !
Captured Salt is imprisoned in a steel cage.. which gets moved.. to a place where Berkely can take over.. help her escape.. He reverses the cage falls into the water and lo and behold the door miraculously flips open.. WHAT the might spring to mind..
The rest of it.. where were the Alien weapons, technology that was UNIT?
The UNIT military response was rubbish.. POOR, Nothing to have it stand out. Should have had new UNIFORMS.
Looked distinctly different from the regular armed forces..
We see Salt and Barkley who have escaped.. on the lamb and we ain’t talking Sean the sheep here.
Overall not that brilliant. Dull. Lacking any real oomph to it.
Oh and TIDE demands the return of Salt to them.. OR ELSE..
Overall I would and note I for what it is worth.. would give this 6/10
It was too predictable.. UNIT was terrible. even worse this time around..
