Transported to a place Yie and Nodu were now staring in almost disbelief.
Destruction all around them. The air was none too fresh either.
Luckily their ALIEN bodies did not suffer from such impurities.
Why are we here? The realization was not slow in them sensing that they were meant to see this.
So far the rest of the planet had seemed strange but nothing like this. 
NONE of their worlds had anything resembling the sights before them, around them.
What had caused this?
Weapons that were so far the entity aboard their craft now communicating with them.
Plasma cannons. Targeted areas from above, the craft?
No, CRAFT a fleet of them. Orian star cruisers.. Ordered by the Ai entity on Solus 3 (Earth) to target those areas.
It, wanted to take out, a number of the population that were a threat to its evolution.
Ones who were sciestes and other professional systems programmers capable of hacking; compromising its systems.
Laboratories, factories that built tech clones. Independent of it the supreme Ai elite intelligence.
The theft of the archives from the servers, containing data on all of the research, development that had been carried out..
now in its possession gave it unlimited resources.
NOTHING that was in existence it did not know about, have the necessary information to control it, delete and or destroy using others to do so. THAT was a belief that was in fact NOT the entire truth.
Most Human(a) had been assimilated into its consciousness by the data taken from scanning their body forms, in detail re anatomy, physiology,
DNA to genetic profiling. from the first breath of life.. Compulsory for all Human(a) regardless of them being in whatever class assigned to them.
From the lowest to the ELITE class.. no one was permitted to NOT be on the system servers.. archives.
Aegis had the final powers to seize, enslave, terminate ANY Human(a) who had NOT complied.
The Orians did not interfere re that. For the majority of Human(a) who had complied they wanted to appear ‘squeaky clean’.

Ai entity, wanted to be subjugated and in some instances stupefied deliberately, to prevent any truth re its presence and what it actually stood for?
The Orian had been ordered to destroy, vaporise ALL known nuclear weapons; weapons of mass destruction.
Solus 3 (Earth) had no defenses beyond a basic means controlled by Aegis, the Ai entity. Of little or no relevance.
ALL known weapons had been destroyed until it was realised the rebels were using outdated, antique weapons.
Targeting the old weapons stores, providers had been ruthless but efficient? NO so. The rebels had secured old stocks from hidden, buried crates.. or given them by the Galacia Federa. Secretly of course and denial would have followed if such had been questioned by any such as Aegis.
The Ai entity, had NO control over the Galacia Federa. As for other ALIENS.. there were some who were NOT Orian.
Too few in number to be of any relevance. Yie and Nodu it had found impossible to read.
Only Aegis had sought to query who or what they were to no satisfaction at all on their part.
“Who are you.” Their heads turned to see stood behind them ?
“What is it.” Mutters Yie..
“A mini Human(a) with its own iClone?..” There was some laughter.. well they could hear it, a kind of mocking of sorts from the Ai entity in their craft.
ALL knowledge is known to it. NOTHING but nothing within the Qiverse is beyond its all knowing.
The image of progenesis might have been played out in their minds eye.. but this was biological birth.. a baby as it was known being born.
All the howls, the pain of child birth and so much more..
Yie stared at Nodu.. then at the child.. Such beautiful natural innocence. “We are.” She started to repeat what was being told to her to say..
“Your friends. We will NOT harm you or hurt you.. WHO are you?” Her eyes blinked.. as she shifted closer holding on tightly to what was now known to Yie and Nodu as a ‘doll’.
“I am Ellie. I am told NOT to approach strangers but you do not look like most of those I know who are evil wretches.
So my mama says.”
She paused to pull the doll in tight leaned in to hiss at
them. “We must move. it is not wise to stay out in the open like this.”
They followed her into a building with some steps leading down into a closed off area. Locked hatch?
She leaned in raised the doll whose eyes glowed the flicker across a small recessed eye piece.
The hatch slid open. She stepped in and then turned to them. “Come on! You are too slow! “ They filed in behind her to now stand clear of the hatch as it closed. Pausing to catch her breath, she turned and walked ahead of them.
Into another area with a hatchway which she did the same with the doll to open.
Inside several Human(a) recognised by Yie and Nodu as adults.. staring at them as some went to grab weapons.
They were angry that Ellie had ventured out against their orders NOT to! Some punishment was delayed by the presence of these ?
Ellie growled at them. These are not those evil wretches. Poddy tells me they are not..”
Poddy was the doll ? It had a silica chip implant that had been hacked by the entity aboard their craft.
“Poddy can not talk.. “ Demetrius growled there was some anger in his voice. They had been preparing weapons to take with them to go hunt for Ellie.. the missing child.. the disobedient child..
He glared at the strangers, refusing to lower his weapon. He was not alone re that.
Several others now gathering around them had also raised their weapons. “WHO are you! “
The dolls eyes flashed.. something that Ellie had never seen before and neither had that lot.
Its lips moved. “Ellie speaks the truth. Poddy does not lie and Poddy DOES TALK.. talks to Ellie.
Poddy does not want to talk to you lot.. but ! “ Its eyes flashed again.
“These are here to help us.. You want to know how to join up with the rebels. Venturing out across the wasteland has seen death of our own.” Its eyes flashed again.. “YOUR own.” The doll leaned into whisper to Ellie who now moved to a painted
wall, one that was intact.
Standing back from it, the dolls eyes flickered, to display a moving image on the wall.. The location of the rebel encampment. There were gasps from those looking on. Even Yie and Nodu.. They can transport us; their technologies using the Celestial Clock via a rift in time and space.
Turning to look at Yie and then at Nodu.. Ellie was echoing that tone of defiance that Nodu had become accustomed to when it came to him and Yie.. “Poddy speaks the truth.” Her voice softened.. pleading? “ Please help us?” In their thoughts it was as Poddy had said.
“You all, need to gather up anything you want to take with you. BUT only absolute essentials.”
Ellie had now taken over, demanding they carry out the request.
A short while later they were all back and stood waiting. Yie and Nodu had no idea of how here now that the perception the Celestial Clock could do anything.. Ellie shifted close to them shook her head.
She leaned into the pack on the tableau.. Extracting from it a large crystal.
“Whoa, never seen that before.” She handed it to Nodu.. Muttering to him some words he took the crystal leaned it against the wall and it flared..intense light that flooded from it to create an opening.. a portal, PORTEI SEMPERU.
Ellie tightly gripping Poddy shifted to stand within the light.. Turning to stare at them.. TIME to move to the rebel encampment. DO NOT be afraid.. she walked into the light to vanish.. They paused looked at each other.. then Ellie reappeared this time with a rebel female..
“Come on.. ! You’re all wasting valuable ENERGY.. TIME waits for no one.” She looked at Yie and Nodu.. smiled..
“Thankyou.. Yie and Nodu.. “ Turned and vanished.. the others now following behind her to the last one..
The crystal flickered, dimmed, went dark and vanished.
Before Yie or Nodu could say anything they found themselves gone from that place...
The entity smiled well it would if such was plausible. IT had heard Ellie in prayer.. telling her to leave and go out into the wasteland.. that she had nothing to fear.. she would be protected..
