“Tell me all. I sensed there are many here who should NOT be here.” The local race, the Human(a) and the race known as the Cflen? The Cflen IT knew nothing of. Anatomy, physiology? Weaknesses.
“The Human(a) are not to be touched until I am ready to purge this planet of them.

A slaughter, on such a magnificent level that all, will feel the Euphoria I feel. I have sent for some others to join the party. Tu Li is a Soul seeker. She, will keep you all safe.

My Zealots, will no longer, have to suffer, at the hands of these primitives.
Those who are willing to join us, to pledge allegiance to the faith will be allowed to do so.

I note that my sister Aztecuan, allowed Human(a) to serve in the Zealots, that I will NOT allow. Any of them, here now or joining us shortly, will be executed.

The destruction, of MY Zealots, by a weapon, that only we can wield? Interference from an Immortai, a Haphketsut. IF that is the case, I have a new weapon at my disposal. “ Jess Corbin Sci Fi

The raid on the Cflen encampment? The b’stard spawn of the BEAST, was indeed imposing. “How are we getting past that.”
Muttered Doo.

The others were keeping out of sight, momentarily as Jos moved towards it and it took no notice of him.

The two Cflen, looking on were also not that interested in him being there. Locals, were not a regular occurrence. These two, seemed to be there, for a reason. Checking on the prisoners?

“You both, have to prove your allegiance, show us that you are true believers;, followers of the faith.” The words of Nti and Nji echoing in their thoughts. They were both aware of their necks on the line and they now took aim and fired.

They, had been ordered, to kill the guards but had decided to stun them instead. That would suffice, would allow access to others to free the prisoners.

The Cflen guards, were stunned. Subdued and helpless? The b’stard spawn of the BEAST, was seeming to stare at them, too stupid, to maybe reason, what was happening.

ITS masters, were NOT dead, they were sleeping or so it believed. NOT for long did it have to even consider options.

Z9 fired at it, a burn through its neck as the head fell to the ground. A twist to the side and it was no longer a threat. Clerica moved towards the two Cflen beside it.

The others, followed Doo and Jos to retrieve their fellow Zealots. Congratulated by Nti and Nji. They were feeling good. “We, will be spoiling you two later, in celebration.”

The two Cflen were executed. The anatomy was revealing something the Cflen would NOT have liked her to know. She cut deep into their body to remove their hearts?

Ripping them out and, throwing them onto their now dead bodies. Her God, would be pleased to know, what she had discovered. So they were that vulnerable? An easy race for butchering, sacrificing, enslaving.

Entering the main structure, the inner sections, were carefully traversed with no alarm being raised. The prisoners, the captured Zealots, ecstatic to see them. Quietly led out to board the low rider. Soon to be aboard the main craft. Before their Clerica. having them, give thanks to their God.

Doo and Jos were praised. Led away by Nji and Nti. To be rewarded with a night of absolute debauchery.
Their promises had been kept.

The Cflen, on finding their dead AND their pet slain? XiXi was made aware of what had taken place. “It seems I need to advise Se Phri, you need a battalion of Pure Bloods.”

There had to be some, who had betrayed their own people. Ulrik knew the two that had gone ‘missing’.
They, would sell out their own, if it meant them getting rich from it, or laid..

Immoral degenerates. Sin Fe was giving them the benefit of the doubt. Lys like her papa, was not so convinced.

The pandemonium, was evident. So much chaos ! At least the number of strangers had decreased. The Zealots almost wiped out and the remaining ones who had supposedly been secured by the Cflen?Jess Corbin Sci Fi

Free to do what? Their numbers were too small to be a threat of any substance. Strangers? Lys was clearing down the rest areas. The tableau being re arranged for a meeting by the Elders.

She had been told, to ensure, the area was spotless. Some new guests, were going to join them, who, she was not privy to knowing. Some from the forest tribes were joining them, family and others.

That she was looking forward to. The ‘forest folk’ seldom came to the more populated Vae. Traders, travellers passing through or those like Janeir and now Laira as explorers, Gildateers; treasure hunters.

Gui ah yes, Gui. Her arrival was of a surprise indeed. She was not someone you easily forgot after meeting her. Striking appearance and had that strange energy about her. Now talking to Lys. Refreshments and some resting before the meeting later?

It would not, be long before, the others for that, started to arrive.
Most of them, were seasoned local veterans, of the Vae. Their families, had been here for generations, across the centuries.

Simply dressed, not as those such as Gui. Jiaa and Lear appeared to know her. She was definitely pleased to see them.  “You have a problem.” They leaned in closer to her. “My spies tell me, you have a Matsupa ‘God’ amongst you. Trouble, major trouble.”

The sudden freeing of the Zealots? Two Cflen dead and others missing or dead? “I have been on a planet ravaged by them. Their ‘Gods’ are merciless to those they call ‘savages’.”

The Cflen, had had their hearts ripped out? “Only the beginning. I can help you, but limited IF it, decides to trash this world it WILL succeed. Unless, we have an Omini to stop it, you are all doomed.

Tei and Larai, had arrived, accompanied by others from the main militia encampment. A small force, had been left behind, armed and ready if called upon, to respond to any threat, those at the meeting, might face.

Over 50, in total, now in attendance, as the meeting started. Gui was introduced to them AND several others from the Cflen, from the Human(a) who, were permitted to attend, ONLY because they had or shared a common enemy. Jess Corbin the Cflen Kiss

The unease, had not settled, even after the news, the Zealot force had almost been eradicated.

Made worse, when the news had revealed their escape. Some derisory remarks as to the Cflen and their failure to contain them?

Gui was quick to jump to their defence. A Matsupa ‘God’ had powers that went beyond any of them.

IF some, were able to leave the planet, it might serve their interests to do so. Staying with one of those present was desiring a quick death, well; extinction.

They don’t have the Chx device, well one that is working? Some good news. IF they had one of those and working? NO one could enter the planet and NO ONE, could leave. Well cept through a  ‘Portai Semperu’.

This, primitive back water of a planet, did NOT, have that technology. The Matsupa would know this. They have free reign to kill, maim. sacrifice and enslave at will.

The only reason, she reasoned, they are not attacking, is the loss of their Zealots AND, not having an operational Chx device. Those thinking that is a blessing should remember, their ‘Gods’ can summon up replacements.

IF that has not already arrived, IT will send for one AND other Zealot forces. We can expect that to happen VERY fast. Surprise is one of their attributes when it comes to strategic moves by them.

They, plan everything, down to minute detail. Mob force, violence, terror; is how they, so often succeed. When you see your family, your closest friends, butchered, sacrificed.

Blood, guts thrown at you AND yes, they THROW the stinking blood and faeces at them, those forced to watch, covered in it as they soak up the shite, they wallow in, feed on the terror, the fear from them.

Aboard the Zealot troop transporter the engines were being tested and readied. In front of their ‘God’, Tu Li as it was known, paying homage, to its patron; Co Oii. “Kill them, take their souls. I, have given you, extra powers, to keep you alive. These primitives, do not, have the knowledge to render that ineffective.” Jess Corbin Sci Fi

In the main encampment, those, who had been left behind, were being kept informed, of the latest, re the meeting. They were getting more and more anxious.

THEN it happened. The Zealot craft started to rise, lift into the air and in what was being observed by some on the ground, as parsecs’ vanished into the outer atmosphere.

News, was rapidly relayed, to those in the meeting. The Zealots had gone. Decided to leave the planet after recent events? Gui was not convinced. Others in the meeting however were too wrapped up in celebrating the news to be listening to her.

The main encampment too, were drinking and celebrating. Over a hundred of them their voices almost in unison creating quite a racket.

Then IT, appeared before them. Female in form and glowing, Brightly lit circles across its body. The silence was broken by the screams that died away from those stood in front of it.

One by one, they turned to dust, picked up by the extractor fans to cease to exist. The lights on ITs body got brighter as each one was targeted the crowd scattered before it.
