The great war? IF those in the Vae were thinking that with the Human(a) having been defeated, sent elsewhere, well certainly, well digested; belching and farting also taken into consideration.
They were deluding themselves. The ideology, of a perfect happiness, peace and prosperity? That was about to end, in a war, beyond their worst nightmares.
Those who had, for centuries lived in peaceful co existence, had no need for a military. Farmers, peasants, humble folk. Trading with other worlds around them, NEVER any problems until of course as we know; the Human(a) came to their world.
As the Cflen had called them. The BEAST. The curse of the Qiverse re their greed, their warmongering, profiteering and the I like what I see, I will have it, I will take it. No matter the cost of those they take it from.
Yes, war was coming. The Cflen knew, that some others, had been monitoring their transmissions. Broken their ‘cyphers’? Able to read their communications. NOT a military threat to them BUT?
Meanwhile at the Vae. The Progestor, had confirmed the completion of its prodigies and was preparing to leave. IT had warned them about the arrival of FOUR other alien craft.
Sneaking in during the night, a dark pitch black mass, that allowed them, to enter unseen. 4 they knew to be Matsupa origins craft.
Something else, had also entered and IT, was NOT, a craft. A ball of light? Nothing they had seen, were aware of re that, its shape, form and or power. was known to them. An unknown quantity, as we would know it; a joker in the pack?
Absolutely NOTHING, could be determined re its size, its weapons capabilities; its race or origins. It was a form, not a form, existing, not existing.
Landing in various parts, of the Planet. The Progestor, had not. detected the ‘Matsupa’ craft, to be anything but transporters. If, they had weapons capabilities? Very minor. The other unknown? UNKNOWN.
HOWEVER it warned them, to be aware of the occupants, from them and their abilities re defence, subversion, sedition? As for the setting up and positioning of the Chyx device?
ANY satellite devices that appeared above the planet MUST be destroyed almost immediately BEFORE the devices could activate shields to protect them from destruction. 
EVEN if, some of the satellite devices, survived, so long as some were destroyed, it would create delays AND, allow an open entry point, for those desiring to send in, their own craft; military / supplies to aid those below?
IF it were the Matsupa, they would send in more scouts, those to infiltrate the populace to learn as much about them and then the Zealots would arrive in force. The worst of all of them. Vicious killers.
Any, who did not, bow down to their Gods? Blood sacrifices, slaughter of the ‘unbelievers’ all in the name of their Gods.
A virginal sacrifice, of young innocent blood, that could be anything. from new born to ! ALL, would be their slaves, theirs to do with, as they chose.
Once they, had turned on their ‘device’ the Chx shield, the planet was doomed. Unless the device itself was destroyed and that, seldom happened, before slaughter on a terrifying scale, had occurred.
Finding the device, destroying it took time, a lot of wasted time, in finding nothing, OR being killed attempting to achieve that.
Within a set radius around the device, anything or anyone attempting to approach it would be ‘microwaved’, fried or boiled alive.
The first ‘satellite / orb ‘ receiving the command codes, for the others was protected by a similar defence shield.
ONCE, established; NOTHING could approach it within its security perimeter without suffering the same fate.
WELL, unless. it was an OMINI, an IMMORTAL, an all OMNIPOTENT being? To them, it was an irritation, they, could choose to ignore it, or wipe it from existence, in the blink of an eye.
Meanwhile on the planet below? For the Zealots, NO, craft or similar, air borne devices, were permitted to operate in the skies above, to assist with locating their Chx device.
Those on the planet, would be executed. in their hundreds, IF, any such devices were detected / NOT permitted to be there, other than those they allowed.
Subjugation of the masses, was always the first priority to them. Fear, despair, murder and mayhem to finally have their victims, their sacrifices bound, gagged and chained.
Let the whoring begin, the enslavement of billions and, the merciless slaughter, of innocents to THEIR GODS.
4 of their craft had landed. One of them, had the Chx device, which was now being put together, set up, aligned and carefully prepared for operational use.
Another, had the satellite orbs, 4O of them. about to be checked, checked again and then, released into space. That would take time. They could not be finished until the Chx device was ready to be deployed.
Other occupants, were now, into places within the planet, known to have their future whores, their future slaves but most of all; their sacrifices. They would infiltrate. Establish who the leaders were, the ones the populace listened to and took orders from.
THEY, would be rounded up. Politicians, learned and of course, any military of those with military tendencies to rebellion or inciting others to disobey their new masters? Heretics and more to be paraded in front of the masses, whipped, beaten down, raped, tortured, slaughtered.
Virgins to be rounded up, put into pens and. told they, were the holiest of holies, the chosen ones, ones who should be proud, to be sacrificed to their Gods. Bones broken, smashed before their hearts were ripped out, on the sacrificial altars. The blood, to be flowing like a river of blood, along stone channels, to drip in the crowd below.
As for the ‘occupant’ of the mysterious unknown ? Who was now stood in the sunlight. A smile across its face or was it a smirk? YOUR GODS? Whilst you blaspheme and claim THEY are the only GODS, you will willingly give your lives for?

A message had been received, that the Human(a) were sending an invasion force, to attack the planet.
Slaves, whoring, they were to be taught a lesson they would never forget.
Nothing, re how, they treated the inhabitants of that planet was outlawed. Pillage, plunder, whores and enslavement, including sent to the mines untill they died. 
Revenge, for the destruction of their Human(a) colony? The murder of their own? They would be made to bow down before their GODS.
Clerics would be sent into purify them. They would have the right to kill, to use the holy fires, forcing them to watch as they burn the heretics alive.
So, soon all the players would be in place. ‘IT’ SHE smiled.
