The Gods and the Omini.
1. The ‘Gods of creation;. There are NONE before them. They created ALL and EVERYTHING within the Qiverse to realize, that their KNOWING ALL, SEEING ALL in their OMNIPOTENCE was terrifying.
2. The Ancient ones. After AND, CREATED by, the Gods of Creation. Powers are infinite.
Geneticists, spawning life across the QIverse. Slaves to mine the Drex for them (Gold) and other precious necessities. Protecting those they create.
3. The OMINI. ‘ Immortai, Immortai Impericus. ‘ Created by the Gods of creation, to oversee ALL and EVERYTHING.~The law enforcers, judges and justice. Powerful VERY powerful beings.
Gem colour, varies according to rank. Green is lowest and BLUE is highest.
The ancient ones will NOT interfere in their pursuit of justice. ALL Omini, are protected by the Eye of Infinity’.

5th, 6th, 7th Generation - above / beyond; within advanced races can have gem powers but are they are more CRYSTALS than DIAMOND and similar.Limited and no where near as powerful as the ie Eye of infinity OR the Ancient ones, the Gods of creation. Crystals are always WHITE or PURPLE.
Here we see Juai of the Uratai. ITs and note the IT, although they, may choose to look MALE or FEMALE, they have NO gender identity. They are BINARY NEUTRAL.
ALL Gods of creation, the ‘Ancient ones’ and SOME but not ALL, Omini are without reproductive organs.
They reproduce through PROGENESIS using what is known as a PROGESTOR.
During the ‘Procreation or Progenesis, it is forbidden to interfere with that process, in any way shape or form. Ignore that ruling and such an act, gives the ‘PROGESTOR’ the powers, to terminate ANY life form.
A PROGESTOR has the same powers, equal to a Gods of creation. Neutral until provoked. IT WILL and CAN, terminate, any number of offenders, IT CAN also wipe out a whole race and turn them to dust; wipe them from existence.
There are VERY few races / beings in the Qiverse, that would DARE, to provoke a PROGESTOR, interfere in their work. PROGESTORS can be summoned by ANY race, to allow PROGENESIS of their RACE.
The ANNUNAKI, the Uratai and the Hirati use their OWN specific, PROGESTORS; to seed races as slaves, workers and to seed uninhabited worlds. PROGESTORS exist because of them.
Juai comes from an ancient race who’s existence in the Qiverse is MILLENIA.

That, does not stop them, from being at war with each other, thanks to some over zealous, ROGUE elements, within them. A rich in Drex or minerals or... world can be massive.
ONE God cannot control, populate and extract Drax, Drex and or other mining assets when such a huge abundance of such is available ON a single world and OR its moons.
Thus, some toleration can occur. Ignoring the intrusion by any others providing they stay clear from their mining and other assets. Juai is an ENFORCER. The power, to deploy, the forces at ITs command, often created within those they created.
A warning is issued. Failure to or ignoring the warning will see death and destruction.
DEATH and DESTRUCTION. Not enough TO interfere with mining and other operations. BUT will often see any transgressors, uninvited making a hasty retreat.
