For those, one might think ‘select’ few; now preparing to move permanently to the new ‘off world’ colony?
Those such as Kie had already chosen their new SHELL.. IT would remove most of her original form beit physiology, anatomically and leave a basic ‘genome’. One that relied on the SHELL for virtually 80% of its final form.
So, why that transition ? It was a KNOWN FACT that the off world expeditionary forces needed to be different from the normals or COLONISTS..
Shu and over 50 others had sat down to go over the VISUAL and AUDIO archive recordings. The older TEAMS now revealing some of the issues they encountered that with the right body ARMOR but also the right SUITS now we know as SHELLS they all agreed would have made everything a lot easier.
Thus ALL EXPEDITIONARY teams now wore and they could select their own; wore SHELLS.
WHITE was the preferred main colour.. SHELLS were NOT compulsory re the SETTLERS or COLONISTS.
