SO, for those not in the know.
WHAT is a Portei Semperu. The Ancients and we will come to them later had taken
on, note taken on NOT developed, NOT produced the original means for the Gods of Creation to traverse the Qiverse.
Why? For the Gods. to be to move from one point in its vastness to another in one might say, the blink of an eye,, across what would become an established network?
The earliest ones, were found beneath the three FACES. The ones found atop the Ancient buildings TEMPLES or holy sites. Beneath them was a building with an entrance that led into the sacred chamber that housed the STATUE or PORTEI SEMPERU.
Used for MILLENIA by other races. It took the form of what was know a the TRI Port, a three headed statue which when a DIAMOND and one that vibrated at a given frequency.. was placed next to it? 
Would cause the statue to produce an ever increasing BRIGHT LIGHT forming a TUNNEL an OPENING, an ENTRANCE.
The TRI headed statue was usually in the image of the owner, the GOD who had put it there. TO start with PRIMITIVES were not allowed to use such .
Many civilisations BEFORE ‘Younger Dryas..’ had the three heads or faces on their structures to indicate the presence of a Portei Semperu. often within the structure beneath the Tri faces..
There were also ones to be found out in the wild so to speak.
Could be a forest clearing where a stone ring might later be found?
OR close to a temple OR even a MINING site where ie GOLD, precious metals were produced as tribute to that God or GODs.
A TRIPLE HEADED statue could be of THREE GODS.. as one. Homage paid to all three of them?
A temple a sacrificial altar a meeting place, for those who could receive ‘blessings; from their God.
Thus we have the ORIGINAL PORTEI SEMPERU or PORTALS also known as the highway of the Gods..
Sometimes the ones who were deemed CHOSEN by them could be transported across such to other places where they could be put to use in teaching other PRIMITIVES, imparting skills and so on,
Hence why some structures could look identical to those found across that world.. the far side.. of it OR in places on worlds found within the Qiverse. Why some latter day travellers were surprised to find what had been on their world now found ?!
For MILLIONS of YARS (Years) that never in its original form changed. Why should it. IT was NOT used by the PRIMITIVES but the Gods.. BUT.. Some Gods realized they wanted the ultimate power over PRIMITIVE worlds and the hostility from some of those PRIMITIVES daring to challenge the Gods .. DID exist.
TOO stupid to realize the truth until their existence was wiped along with thousands of others?
A waste lets be honest it was a WASTE. Those who could be used for mining or other resources for the God or GODS to enjoy.. FEAR only worked some of the TIME..
What was needed was the means to transport those trained as OVERSEERS, MASTERS, SERVANTS to the Gods.. That for the ANNUNAKI was something they had been granted by their Gods.
GOLD in return for GOLD.. Privileges of power the dominion over others over other worlds..
NOT that they were the only ones. The new technologies that gave them the space ships to traverse the QIverse proved to be effective in shifting huge numbers of their own warriors, their own overseers the chosen ones. BUT always LIMITED.
By the TIME they reached where they were supposedly headed and often stopping off on other worlds to invade, conquer and ? Delays.. The true GODS were getting impatient. TO the point they decided on a new idiom.
Create a Portei Semperu that could carry those from one place to another AND at some considerable
SPEED? The initial trials were not always successful. You see, the original Portei Semperu were for the use of the TRUE GODS of creation.
An imprint ‘a pattern within the buffer’ might not, recognise a primitive and terminate it, before, during or after.. it was irrelevant if the things ceased to exist..
Thus the Ancients created a race of beings called the A terra. Gifted them with high intellect.
The KNOWLEGE to produce the Portei Semperu. To create something that did what they wanted.. a means for their PRIMITIIVES to traverse the network. one that was in progress..?
HOWEVER, the Ancients knew that ultimate power, as we know all too well, CORRUPTS.. SO, they brought in the Arcan. gave them the gift of the Celestial Clock.
The only accepted means to power those Portei Semperu. networks or stand alone units..
The Celestial Clock power unit... an Arcan, was the only being, allowed to install, to maintain AND IF they so demanded.. REMOVE IT.
THEY could not be killed, terminated, stopped from carrying out the will of the Gods.. ONLY by the Gods of Creation.. could it end an IMMORTAI..
The A terra took the Portei Semperu and adapted it for more advanced use. Capable of being linked across huge expanses of the Qiverse into GALAXIES beyond and within GALAXIES.
Into the form of the Arch.. with various sections that could be added, removed, integrated and CONTROLLED including by REMOTE control.
THOUSANDS of them.. that flourished rewarded the Gods with bounties of GOLD, silver, precious metals and gems.. all to them TRINKETS but they liked, enjoyed, nurtured the tribulation the tributes of their PRIMITIVES
